This new home boasts 8 televisions, 10 zones of audio, and a media closet. The whole house audio system is by Russound, with digital lcd keypads and a numeric “sidecar” for control. They allow access to the tuner, iPod, xm radio, cable box, and blu-ray player. You can change tracks, stations, channels, or even pause a movie right at the keypad. The audio rack is tucked away in a closet and has its own thermal activated ventilation system. The garage is loaded for audio and video as well as the house. There is also a central vacuum system and security.
