Bluetooth Hands Free

Bluetooth / Hands-Free Integration

Thanks to Bluetooth wireless technology, you can communicate from your vehicle without having to hold your cell phone or mess with any wires!

Options, Options, Options

When it comes to Bluetooth, Traffic Jams has a variety of options to suit your specific needs. We have devices that allow vehicle-to-vehicle portability, or more permanent options that stay with your vehicle for as long as you own it. We can configure a separate external speaker, or leverage your existing sound system to transmit your call through your current in-car speakers. A mounted microphone with voice cancellation technology ensures your voice will be heard clearly on the other end, and your fellow conversationalist will not hear any reverberation echo.

With a Bluetooth-incorporated in-dash system, we can even configure your system to play your call through your front speakers only, while music continues to play throughout the rest of the vehicle!

Thanks to advanced integrated Bluetooth technology, you can now you can place outgoing calls, answer incoming calls and end your conversations without ever touching that cell phone!

Be Safe and Comply With New Laws

On March 26, 2010, Washington’s Governor signed into law Senate Bill 6345, which made use of a cell phone without a hands-free device while driving a primary offense. This law is intended to improve road safety and is in response to a rise in traffic accidents resulting from texting or holding/using phones while driving.

Now that this is a primary offense, you may now pulled over and ticketed any time an officer observes you driving and using a phone without a hands-free device.

The fine for this offense is currently $124.00 in Washington and $140.00 in Oregon.
